  • We keep in your browser only what the platform needs to work (sign-in, the cart, the language, your cookie choice) and the preferences you choose, such as the dark theme.
  • We use no statistics, advertising or social network cookies, and we do not follow you on other sites.
  • If we ever add any, we will ask you first, and nothing will start without your consent.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a site leaves in your browser to remember something between pages or visits. Browsers have two similar places, localStorage and sessionStorage, which we treat the same way. The law (Romanian Law 506/2004, Article 4) requires your consent for everything kept there, except what is strictly necessary for what you asked for to work, such as signing in or the cart.

2. What we keep on vindesto.ro

The list below is complete and covers vindesto.ro, the sign-in and account pages and the shops' back office:

The sign-in and session cookies are protected: they are signed or encrypted, cannot be read by scripts on the page and are sent only over secure connections (HTTPS).

Everything above is either strictly necessary for you to sign in, order and use the platform safely, or saved only when you press a button yourself, so your preference stays. The law requires no consent for these (Romanian Law 506/2004, Article 4(6)), so the banner on your first visit only tells you what we keep.

If we ever use statistics or advertising cookies, we will add them to this list, ask you through a banner with equally visible “Accept” and “Reject” buttons, and load them only if you agree. Whatever you choose, we keep the choice for 6 months and then ask again.

4. How you control them

You can see what we keep at any time in the cookie settings, opened from the footer of any page or here:

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. If you block the strictly necessary ones, you can no longer sign in and the cart no longer remembers products.

5. The shops on Vindesto

Each shop has its own cookie policy, in the footer of its pages, with the same list. We keep your choice separately for vindesto.ro and for each shop, because each is responsible for its own data.
